Mission statement

WoDas sees it as its task to prepare adults to meet language related challenges in present and future situations, either for everyday or professional purposes. For that reason, WoDas tries to define the questions and needs in advance, in order to offer an optimal selection of language trainers and course settings in general. 

 
WoDaS supports professional social and cultural integration of people from different origins in Austria. Learning at Wodas should be affordable und designed for people with different needs and learning experiences. WoDas puts sustainable knowledge transfer first. 

 
We take into account that people from different origins with different personal, social and cultural backgrounds have specific needs therefore we consider their respective knowledge and their individual learning speeds. Want to accompany them in their process of changing through education. 

 
We communicate openly with our clients, are grateful for constructive criticism and have a solution- oriented approach. We value mutual respect and appreciation of diversity. 

 
Our team consists of highly qualifies professionals, who can identify with our mission statement, and who can interact openly with participants and colleagues. Due to constant exchange, evaluation and training we guarantee our quality standards and at the same time a respectful long-term cooperation.

Course standards

Courses at WoDaS follow a high educational standard and focuses on fast possible of implementation, so our participants can get the maximum benefit.

Each teaching unit focuses on the participants individual needs. Our language trainers support participants individually and according to their specific requirements, so that learning targets can be achieved.

Our language trainers are characterized by expertise, commitment, enthusiasm, flexibility and a high social competence. The teaching of the specialized knowledge occurs in group- or via individual work. The opportunity for dialogue and discussions in a group guarantees The definition of the course setting, the language trainer and the measures are made when planning the course after clarifying the learning targets.

Therefor the focal points of the course contents can be better taken into account. The courses implement pedagogical standards. The language trainers follow agreed learning objectives, apply the necessary measures to control the learning progress und give demand-oriented support. The result evaluation at the end of a course takes place as part of a common discourse with the learner, and a anonymous written evaluation. The results will be reflected on and used for the continual improvement of our offers. Therefore, WoDaS hopes to ensure a sustainable benefit for our learners.
